Upon arrival, we were impressed with the central location of the hotel. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered was delicious and satisfying.

Mind-blowing single room with comfortable bunk bed, amazing mattress and linen. Very clean bathroom with hot water and power shower. Superb continental breakfast with scrambled eggs, bread, butter, and jam. Incredibly helpful staff, especially Janna and Julia, with 24h front desk service. No outside noise. Super fast wifi. Convenient location in the bustling old district, close to restaurants, bars, and shops. Easy access to airport with nearby bus stop. Spotlessly clean and well-equipped room. Friendly and efficient receptionists. Great location for attractions and restaurants. Wonderful staff, always helpful and welcoming. Fantastic dormitories. Can't wait to stay here again. Free beer is a bonus.

My children wanted more family-friendly activities or facilities.

The lively bar downstairs, with its upbeat atmosphere and live music, provided endless entertainment for both us and our kids. We loved dancing and singing along, creating unforgettable memories together. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also perfect, with plenty of nearby food options and attractions within walking distance. it was a fun-filled experience that we highly recommend for families.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly activities or facilities specifically catered to children.

Excellent location near "beer street" and easily accessible from the airport by bus. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast served on the top level with a choice of Western or Asian options. Good value for money accommodation.

Despite its central location, it remains surprisingly quiet. the large rooms are clean and comfortable, with a helpful reception staff who can assist with tours and tickets. the breakfast served on the top floor is delicious, offering a choice between Western options and traditional Asian dishes. it's the perfect base for exploring the vibrant surrounding area.

The bathroom fan can be quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation while using the facilities.

Great value for money with a clean and cozy room, plus the location in Old Town was perfect. The staff, especially Joanna and Julie, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my entire stay.

had an amazing walking tour in hanoi, and mad monkey made it even better! the staff was so helpful and friendly, and the room was cozy and clean. perfect location in old quarter with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. highly recommend for a short stay in hanoi!
